Kerr Street Studios offers condo residents walking distance access to all of the shops, grocery stores like Food Basics, the new JYSK store, Kerr Street Cafe, Stoneys, Gingerman Social Eatery and the rest of Kerr Village’s shops and restaurants.

The condos in Kerr Street village are newer (the building was built in 2006) and smaller layout condos ranging from 600 – 900 square feet in size and offering 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom layouts. Condos at 459 Kerr St are suitable for single people, young professionals or empty nesters looking for good value around the $300,000 mark in the heart of Kerr Village.
