A new Apple Store is opening in Burlington this weekend!
If you live in Oakville, you won’t have to drive to the Apple Store in Mississauga’s Square One mall any more.
A new Apple store is opening in Burlington’s Mapleview Mall this weekend – Saturday September 3rd at 9:30 am.
Waterloo and Vancouver are also be getting new Apple stores this year, which will bring Canada’s total to 23 Apple Stores. Worldwide, it’s reported Apple is opening 40 stores this year, to reach a total of 363 by the fall of 2012. Many of those are outside metropolitan areas, including Murray, Utah (population approximately 47,000), Anchorage, Alaska and the suburbs of Paris and Madrid.
Apple’s stores are so successful, about two dozen fake locations have been discovered recently in China. In one case, the ‘fake Apple store’ was so good, the staff thought they were working for the real company!
